摆动式液压缸是输出扭矩并实现往复运动的一种执行元件，也可以称为摆动式液压马达。它是有单叶片和双叶片两种形式的。而其定子块是固定在缸体上的，而叶片与转子进行连接在一起。而根据进油的方向，叶片将会带动转子作往复的摆动。
