液压站@液压油缸为什么要有缓冲装置呢？

当液压油缸的质量较大或负载较大，运动的速度较高（>12m/s)时，由于惯性力较大，是具有很大的动量。而在这种情况下，活塞的运动到缸筒的终端时，会和端盖发生机械的碰撞，进而产生很大的冲击与噪声。因此在大型、高速或是高精度的液压设备中，常常会设有缓冲装置，其目的是使活塞在接近终端时，可以增大回油阻力，从而就减缓运动件的运动速度，进而避免撞击液压油缸端盖。
