Features
Pilot control valve type DPGKE-6-3C40-D24 (level 1) The pilot control valve is a direct-acting proportional valve. Design and optimize the control edge geometry and use it as a pilot control valve for proportional directional valve type DPGKE.
The proportional coil is a pressure-tight, oil-immersed DC coil with a detachable coil. They can convert current into mechanical force proportionally. The increase of current intensity will increase the coil force appropriately. The set coil force remains constant throughout the control stroke.
The pilot control valve basically consists of a valve body (1), a proportional coil (2 and 3), a valve core (4) and a spring (5 and 6). In the case of power failure, both actuator ports are connected to the fuel tank. If one of the two coils (2 or 3) is de-energized, the force of the coil moves the spool (4) toward the spring (5 or 6). Once the covered area is crossed, the connection between one of the oil ports of the two actuators and the fuel tank will be blocked, and a connection pressure chamber will be established. The fluid flows from P to the control chamber of the main stage.


Valve characteristics
Type DPGKE valve is a 2-stage proportional directional control valve. They control the size and direction of the fluid.
The main stage is controlled by the closed loop position so that the spool position is also independent of the larger flow of hydraulic power. This kind of valve basically consists of pilot control valve (1), valve body (8), main spool (7), cover (5 and 6), centering spring (4), inductive position sensor (9) and reduction Composed of pressure valve (3).
If no input signal is applied, the main spool (7) will be held in the center position by the centering spring (4). The two control chambers in the cover (5 and 6) are connected to the fuel tank through the valve core (2).
The main valve core (7) is connected to a suitable control electronic component through an inductive position sensor (9). The change of the position of the main spool (7) and the change of the control value of the amplifier's summing point can generate a differential voltage.
With the aid of the control value/actual value comparison, possible control deviations are identified by electronic components, and current is applied to the proportional coil of the pilot valve (1).
The flow force in turn activates the control spool. The flow provided by the spool control orifice will move the main spool.
The main valve core (7) connected to the iron core of the inductive position sensor (9) will move until the actual value is equal to the control value. In the case of closed-loop control, the main spool (7) is forced to balance and remains at this closed-loop control position.
The spool stroke and control opening change in proportion to the control value.
The control electronics are integrated into the valve. By matching valves and electronic components, the number of product series has been small.
Prevent the fuel tank pipeline from emptying; under proper installation conditions, install a back pressure valve (back pressure approximately 2 bar).
 



 

The second stage is basically composed of proportional valve components.
The zero-potential adjustment of the "main stage zero-potential" is factory preset and can be adjusted within ±30% of the zero displacement by controlling the potentiometer of the electronic components.
The integrated control electronics can be overhauled by removing the plug on the valve body.
If the pilot control valve or control electronics are exchanged, recalibration is necessary. All calibrations can only be performed by trained personnel.
